The Match Day Leadership Course is a 14-week applied development programme designed to help football coaches improve their decision-making, communication, composure and leadership presence on match day.

Led by former Premier League manager Garry Monk, the course combines live online sessions, real-match application, personalised feedback and practical leadership frameworks that can be implemented immediately. Coaches will learn how to manage key moments before, during and after matches, building the confidence and authority needed to lead teams effectively under pressure.
